Physiotherapy – More Than a Profession, a Way of Life

Physical activity has always been an essential part of my life. Coming from a sports-oriented family, movement was second nature to me. From an early age, I was deeply involved in football, but my passion extended to all forms of physical activity. Naturally, this led me to physiotherapy—a profession dedicated not only to injury recovery but also to enhancing movement capabilities in active individuals. It quickly became my dream and lifelong mission.

Year after year, my curiosity about the human body and its mechanics grew stronger. I earned my Bachelor's degree in 2010 in Poland at the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in my hometown, and in 2012, I completed my Master’s degree, further deepening my knowledge and practical experience. This allowed me to stay connected to physical activity while gaining hands-on experience with patients. My studies included hospital internships across various departments, providing me with a broad and invaluable foundation in patient care.

After graduating, I began working in a private physiotherapy practice specializing in orthopedic patients. Those years were crucial in shaping my skills and refining my approach to treatment. But I always knew that physiotherapy was more than just a job—it was a philosophy, a way of thinking, and a deep understanding of movement and pain-related issues.
Eager to expand my knowledge beyond borders, I set out on an international journey in search of inspiration, mentors, and experts who had dedicated thousands of hours to studying movement dysfunctions and pain mechanisms. In 2017, my path took me from New Zealand to Australia, then to England, where I spent several years honing my craft. Since 2021, I have been proud to call Switzerland my home.

This journey has been transformative, shaping not only my skills but also my perspective on physiotherapy. I have attended dozens of specialized training courses in England, the USA, Italy, Germany, and Switzerland, learning from world-class experts who share the same passion for continuous growth and excellence. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with leading mentors and therapists whose insights continue to inspire my work.
Today, I bring this wealth of knowledge and experience to my patients, helping them not only overcome pain but also regain control over their bodies and achieve their full potential. My approach is not just about treating symptoms—it's about understanding the root cause and providing long-term solutions.

Physiotherapy is my passion, my philosophy, and my way of life. If you're looking for more than just standard treatment—if you want a therapist who is truly committed to your recovery and performance—you’re in the right place.
